Alright. First, I'm pretty fuckin' pissed about being left out of the loop on all this bullshit until the eleventh hour, and second, I'm working things out with Shego. If anyone's got questions or concerns about my ability to do that properly? Bring it up. Because [OH THE SARCASM HERE.] as strange as it might seem to some people - [Nygma.] wardens can handle their own inmates.

We've got very few actual rules we try to live by here, and I always thought wardens at least could do what was best by their inmate, without interference of someone who thinks they can do the job better, especially when there's no evidence that the original warden is actually doing something wrong.

In leavin' me and Snape out of things and talkin' behind our backs, Nygma's been makin' it fuckin' hard to do our jobs, not to mention him harassing people, asking to violate people's privacy and bringin' up an issue which - last time I checked - had been more or less resolved. Shego is my responsibility. Mozenrath is Snape's. Not Nygma's. Period.

And until I have a good fuckin' reason to believe that any of them have lied to me? I'm backing them one hundred percent.

Also, just puttin' this out here - especially Howie or whoever else feels like runnin' this show, and yeah, I know you're listening too, Nygma - Nygma being Profit's interim warden? Really shouldn't happen. He's too personally involved, if his voracious "search for justice" shows us anything. There's standin' up for a friend, and refusin' to let an issue go after the facts have been presented.

I actually was waiting until after port to bring up the matter to you. I had discussed it with Tim, because I thought he would know Shego's and her intentions better than myself. And then the matter detonated beyond all recognition.

So I will take responsibility and apologize for that. The suspicion had been put forth to me very recently and I didn't want to say anything without some further verification.

I can understand wanting to look after a friend, and I can DEFINITELY understand not being yourself during a flood. But after that shit has passed, and you're in your right mind again, you gotta stop and think about what you're doing.

This shit has become blown way the hell out of proportions and become passive aggressive as hell and it's insane.

No one's perfect and, even with the best intentions, we can all fuck up sometimes. It's better to just man up and fess up to dropping the ball and moving on than making a spectacle of the whole thing. Like watching day time television back home.

It is resolved. You're dredging up something that has been discussed between the involved parties and actual clarity bestowed. There are a few things here I didn't do, a few misconceptions that I can't fault you for, because you aren't privy to the same information myself, Howie and Snape are, but I never brought Shego into this, save for informing the warden filter she had been involved.

After the fact was present, I should mention, I only spoke with Snape and Mozenrath once, on a filter Mozenrath invited me to. Not a lot of substance went on in there, but I later asked for advice on what I should do-- if anything-- when something dubious was mentioned, as was suggested. I didn't plan or plot or do anything behind Snape's back, he was informed, this entire time.

As for harassing, have you read our conversations? A good percentage of them is me explaining my actions during the curse. You might also want to keep in mind we both, myself and Snape, admitted to being partially at fault. At least read beyond his complaint post, if you're going to make a scene yourself.
